Marco Torri was awarded a Michelin star soon after opening Ristorante Semplice, a natural progression on his culinary journey, training with three-Michelin starred Chef Alain Senderens at the prestigious Lucas Carton to the Halkin Hotel with Michelin starred Stefano Cavallini, under the direction of Gualtiero Marchese, and a stint with Ferran Adria at Ell Bulli.
